     The estimated processing time for these items is 3-7 business days.

-   Wrapping Paper has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks.

​-   Other Décor Items have varying processing times depending on individual manufacturers.

Shipping Options​

We offer standard, express, and international shipping, with delivery times varying based on location.

Prints (Art & Photography): 5-10 business days after processing, with international delivery times varying by destination.​

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. Some international orders may experience slight delays due to customs processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Prints (Art & Photography) are printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partners. Refunds are only available for damaged or incorrect items.

 

Other Décor Items are eligible for return if unused and in original condition. Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to initiate a return.

 

Non-Refundable Items include custom-made, personalised, or digital products, which cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

 

Return Shipping

Costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Some items may need to be returned to different locations depending on the fulfillment partner.

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are available for incorrect or damaged items.Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to request an exchange.Exchange items must be returned in unused condition.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability. Some items may be replaced directly by our production partners to ensure faster resolution.

Cancellations & Order

Orders or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
